The Red Turtle is an animated film about a man who is shipwrecked on a lonely island. He tries to escape by building rafts, but a big red turtle always stops him. Later, the turtle turns into a woman. The man and the woman stay on the island, build a life together, and raise a child. The story shows their love, family life, and how people live together with nature.
